College students understand how good it feels to look at a nap. After pulling an all-nighter to cram for the algebra test, and equations time and again, it could feel very good to take a nap, get to sleep, and dream sweet dreams. Napping can even be beneficial.
One way a nap will let you is that it gives you more energy. You will be able to try and do your goals throughout the day, like going running, publishing articles, or completing projects. If you are not rested, you might not seem like running, and you'll not be competent to write any articles. Your readers might wonder what actually transpired to you.
